REACH（Registration，Evaluation，Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals）是一部关于化学品注册，评估和授权的欧盟法规 (EC) No 1907/2006。这部法规在欧盟2007年6月1日起正式生效，于2008年6月1日开始实施。这
